  • Waiver applications may be submitted by authors with limited research funding, independent researchers, or student authors.
  • Requests for a waiver must be submitted at the time of initial manuscript submission by sending a formal request letter explaining the circumstances to the Editor-in-Chief via official email.
  • Approval of fee waivers rests solely at the discretion of the Editorial Board and has no bearing on editorial decisions regarding manuscript acceptance.

 Payment Instructions

Important Notice: APC payment should only be made after the author receives an official Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the Managing Editor or Editor-in-Chief. Details regarding the official bank account of the publisher (CV. Arga Cendekiawan Nusantara) will be provided within the LoA and official invoice.
